The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in supporting the care of our patients by performing proper and safe maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building and its surfaces, both interior and exterior.

Pay Rate
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do: ️
- Complete work and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform routine preventive maintenance inside and outside the facility
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as needed
- Apply carpentry skills when necessary (preferred)
- Use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
- Demonstrate strong HVAC knowledge or hold relevant certification
- Handle physically demanding tasks as required
- Bring previous maintenance or related experience to support daily operations
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, on-call rotation required
