What You’ll Do

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend solutions and repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance on motors, belts, filters, drains, electrical controls, compressors, and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect HVAC systems for safety, performance, and code compliance.
• Document service work and maintain accurate records.
• Order necessary parts and materials according to company guidelines.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
• Deliver top-tier service while building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC experience or HVAC trade school degree.
• Universal EPA Certification (required).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
• Comfortable using tablets, apps, and service software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
