Industrial Maintenance Technician – Evening Shift

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume bakery operation. This role is critical to keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including mixers, ovens, conveyors, slicers, and packaging systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Inspect equipment and address issues before they impact production
• Replace parts and complete mechanical and basic electrical repairs
• Support production during startups, changeovers, and breakdowns
• Use MaintainX to manage and complete work orders
• Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures
• Work with the production team to keep operations running

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, relays, and basic controls
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Experience with VFDs, sensors, pneumatics, and motor controls
• Ability to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement solutions
• Basic welding, fabrication, or pipe work experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle physical tasks

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Evening shift availability (currently around 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, may vary)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen

Desired Experience

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or food production
• Experience with PLC systems (troubleshooting or basic programming)
• Experience working with automated production or packaging equipment
