Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment, operating various tools and machinery, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining records of maintenance activities, and working collaboratively with a diverse team to support facility operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in general maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and carpentry
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot tools, machinery, and equipment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving a variety of maintenance issues
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Prior experience in facility maintenance or a related field is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training is a plus
