Maintenance Technician

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled part time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and repairing equipment in our facilities. This position prefers someone with experience in electrical and plumbing, but it is not a deal breaker.

**Duties:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs

- Fabricate parts using various tools and equipment

- Conduct electrical repairs and installations

- Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings as needed

- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance issues

- Perform facilities maintenance tasks as required

**Skills**

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and repairs

- Experience in residential painting

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests effectively

- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
