Maintenance Technician

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of repairs, to preserve the good condition and functionality of assigned properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
• Maintain and repair heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Perform service orders.
• Painting and maintenance of apartments after move out.
• Cleaning apartments after move out.
• Customer service: professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with tenants in job performance.
• Compliance with safety and company's policies
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs as needed to keep up to company's standards.
• Participate in After Hour On Call issues.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
• Cleaning apartments and hallways.
• Cleaning grounds.

• Knowledge and experience of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• Ability to work well with others and by yourself.
• Manual dexterity and problem solving skills.
• Regularly required to physically be able to walk and inspect properties appearance on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 30 pounds to assist maintenance personnel.
• Kneeling, climbing, twisting, and bending.

JOB: FULL TIME

PAY: $21.00 per hour/DOE
