Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as scheduled.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor and maintain building systems such as boilers, chillers, elevators, and emergency systems.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
• Keep maintenance logs and documentation up to date.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other seasonal tasks as needed.
• Be on-call for emergency maintenance issues, if applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
