Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking the services of a Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will ensure the safety, maintenance, and functionality of all hotel, residence, and villa mechanical systems. This includes repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment across multiple properties.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform maintenance of guest rooms and public areas including ice machines, fitness room, pools, generators, switch rooms, and ventilation units.
  • Exhibit proficiency in at least three of the following trades: electronics, mechanical/kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or general building systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment and rooms remain in excellent operational and visual condition.
  • Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs for infrastructure and room conditions.
  • Report all maintenance activities to the appropriate manager.
  • Support physical property upkeep including beach cleaning and heavy lifting when required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the primary trades (electrical, HVAC, or plumbing).
  • Previous experience working in a hotel property is required.
  • Experience with hotel-managed villas or residences is an asset.
  • Strong record-keeping, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and in good health; capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work.
  • Committed to five-star service standards.
