Are you a skilled
Maintenance Technician
with a passion for keeping critical utility systems running at their best? Join our Maintenance & Reliability team and play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant performance of site utilities that support manufacturing, labs and research operations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where your expertise will directly impact equipment reliability, safety, and overall site performance.
Key Responsibilities

Perform corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance on critical utility systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers and clean utilities (e.g., WFI).

Diagnose faults, resolve equipment issues and ensure “right first time” technical execution while meeting cGMP and EHS standards.

Support external contractors on site, ensuring safe systems of work, permit compliance and high-quality performance.

Contribute to reliability improvements, root cause investigations and utility-related CAPEX projects.

Maintain accurate documentation in line with ALCOA principles and complete CMMS updates, reports and quality event follow-up.

Uphold a strong safety culture through risk assessments, incident response and good housekeeping.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience

Hands-on maintenance experience from a manufacturing site, ideally pharma.

Strong troubleshooting capabilities across utilities equipment (HVAC, boilers, compressed air, chilled water, clean utilities systems etc.).

Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical or Refrigeration discipline.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain a high customer focus.
