Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals.
• Conduct inspections of building systems to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment parts, ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring proper installation of equipment.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports for all performed work.
• Lead or assist with training team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration technology, electrical wiring, and mechanical components.
• Experience in equipment repair, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Construction or building maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during maintenance tasks or emergency repairs.
