Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Pennville Custom Cabinetry needs a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This person will be responsible for keeping our production machinery and facility running safely and efficiently — a critical role in our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

•       Perform routine preventive maintenance on woodworking and production machinery

•       Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues

•       Maintain the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building systems

•       Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime

•       Keep accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory

•       Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

•       Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance (cabinetry/woodworking a plus)

•       Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

•       Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals

•       Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

•       Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

•       Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
