We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join our staff. An ideal candidate will have experience in flipping units, HVAC, Gas Furnace, Landscaping. This position requires utilizing a variety of tools and equipment, and performing manual labor tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Flip units
• Landscaping
• HVAC
• Snow removal
• complete work orders
• Cleaning
• Grounds keeping
• Be aware of safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Drive transport vehicles to carry parts and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
