Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias)

You will provide maintenance support for all current manufacturing processes. Conducting planned preventative maintenance including the keep up of the CMMS system. Analysing job sheets and providing mechanical and electrical breakdown cover for all areas of the site. Working to pressurised time constraints you will carry out maintenance, repairs, installation and testing of all electrical or mechanical apparatus.

Essential Person Specification:

  • To work as part of a team but also have the ability to work alone to solve problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A positive approach to change
  • Experience within a high-volume automated manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of fault finding and diagnosis on systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, PLC & Control, Hydraulic and Pneumatic.
  • Organised and structured with an excellent attention to detail and able to report investigation findings
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to deliver preventative maintenance schedules providing action plans and status reports as required
  • To be able to work within deadlines and prioritise jobs accordingly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £48,562.59 per year
