Maintenance Technician (General)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks related to plumbing, electrical, AC, and general repairs
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities
• Respond promptly to guest requests for repair and maintenance issues
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition
• Coordinate with external service providers when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel or building maintenance
• Skilled in one or more areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general repairs
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to safety
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergency calls
• Must be physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment
