Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician / Junior Engineer with hands-on experience in Injection Molding Machine Maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and machine efficiency improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Any Technical Discipline
• Experience: 2–3 years in Injection Molding Machine Maintenance
• Skills: Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems of injection molding machines.
• Maintenance of AC/DC motors, servo drives, heaters, relays, contactors, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnosing PLC, HMI, servo, and sensor faults and implementing corrective actions.
• Performing preventive maintenance of molding machines, utilities, and auxiliary equipment.
• Supporting new machine installation, wiring, commissioning, and control panel setup.
• Reducing machine downtime through quick fault diagnosis and corrective action.
• Maintaining maintenance logs, spare parts consumption, and downtime records.
• Implementing Kaizen and automation improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Auxiliary Equipment Knowledge Required:

MTC, Hopper Dryer, Chiller, Compressor, Cooling Tower, Robots, Conveyors, and Assembly Line Maintenance.

• Proactive maintenance mindset
