As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical power, controls, and industrial instrumentation to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Instrumentation and controls: Calibrate, configure, and maintain process instruments (Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature & Moisture).
• Automation systems: Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) and HMIs at the hardware & I/O level and Diagnose issues with VFDs and industrial networks.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and corrective work orders via SAP.
• Applies basic electrical and utility knowledge (MCCs, power distribution, compressed air, burners/gas trains).
• Supports mechanical and pneumatic tasks (valves/actuators, instrument air tubing, belts/bearings, alignments).
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvements to reduce downtime.
• Follows EHS, LOTO/PTW, arc-flash, and combustible-dust controls; maintains 5S standards.
• Supports shutdown/start-up activities: isolation, functional tests, QA/QC, re-energization, and handover.

• 5–10 years of hands-on Maintenance experience in Electrical and/or Instrumentation within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum qualification: ITI or Diploma (Electrical/Instrumentation or related field).
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Electrical and Instrumentation fundamentals.
