As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical power, controls, and industrial instrumentation to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
Key Responsibilities

Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Instrumentation and controls: Calibrate, configure, and maintain process instruments (Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature & Moisture).

Automation systems: Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) and HMIs at the hardware & I/O level and Diagnose issues with VFDs and industrial networks.

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and corrective work orders via SAP.

Applies basic electrical and utility knowledge (MCCs, power distribution, compressed air, burners/gas trains).

Supports mechanical and pneumatic tasks (valves/actuators, instrument air tubing, belts/bearings, alignments).

Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvements to reduce downtime.

Follows EHS, LOTO/PTW, arc-flash, and combustible-dust controls; maintains 5S standards.

Supports shutdown/start-up activities: isolation, functional tests, QA/QC, re-energization, and handover.
What We’d Love For You To Have

5–10 years of hands-on Maintenance experience in Electrical and/or Instrumentation within a manufacturing environment.

Minimum qualification: ITI or Diploma (Electrical/Instrumentation or related field).

Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid understanding of Electrical and Instrumentation fundamentals.
