Maintenance Training Instructor Level 3

• Responsible in development, review and update of training material with the latest published technology and regulatory reference that will ensure the staff are trained with the latest information.
• Develop Training Needs Analysis to deliver type training in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Assist Examination Manager in reviewing exam results to ensure the accurate and timely issuance of exam results to the students. Assist to compile questions for examination banks for the category qualified and if appointed by examination manager undertake duties as invigilator
• Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for additional training, if required.
• Identify training issues and propose improvements to training supervisor to improve training standards
• Complete accurate training records in training management system achieving efficient processing of training certificates.
