TRAINING COORDINATOR :

The role holder is responsible for the licensing process coordination, coordinating the assessment and management of training for potential partners as well as the assessment, treating and management of the vocation training students.

Responsibilities:

Ø -Coordinating the assessment of potential training/licensing candidates

Ø -Coordinating the managing of the vocational training

Ø -Alignment with internal and external partners

Ø -Communication and clarification of licensing needs with business department.

Ø -Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification

Ø Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with the company health and safety regulations.

Candidate should be holder of:

Ø HR or Business Administration - Learning & Development Specialization

Ø Marketing Certification (optional)

Ø The candidate should be a bilingual speaker & writer 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
