Maintenance Worker

Do monthly checks, oversea repairs, call outside companies needed for specialty repairs, clean carpet when needed, do fire drills, assist in keeping sidewalks shoveled and salted, on call for emergencies at the building, assist with holiday and seasonal decorating, change lightbulbs, assist contracted company with collecting water samples, keep outside of the building cleaned up and other task when needed done.

Must be able to work independently

This position is at an Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities so you must be ok with the elderly and residents with Dementia.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
