Maintenance Worker

A maintenance worker ensures the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and equipment by performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Key duties include office operations, fixing plumbing, electrical, and cutting grass, painting, repairing structures, and handling landscaping or janitorial tasks. They require technical skills, ability to use power tools, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
