Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and building fixtures to keep facilities operating smoothly
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, planting flowers, and maintaining gardens to enhance outdoor aesthetics
• Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and heavy machinery like excavators for construction or landscaping projects
• Maintain hardscape features including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures through repair or installation
• Execute snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access around the property
• Support irrigation system installation, inspection, and repair to promote healthy landscaping
• Assist with tree care activities such as trimming or removal using appropriate equipment and techniques

Experience

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or construction environments
• Familiarity with landscaping practices including lawn care, gardening, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, and heavy machinery such as excavators is highly desirable
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Prior experience in snow plowing or winter maintenance is beneficial but not required
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently
