Maintenance Worker

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, gardening, lawn care, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
• Use hand tools and/or power tools for repairs
• Carry out snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and accessible
• Assist with general building maintenance including minor repairs, painting, and upkeep of facilities

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
