Maintenance Worker

Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for various maintenance projects
• Assist with general building maintenance including minor repairs, equipment servicing, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators
• Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable
• Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and irrigation system management
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills for maintenance troubleshooting
