Maintenance Worker

We are looking for detail oriented individuals to assist with maintenance related issues at lodging accommodations, property rentals & commercial properties. Maintenance workers should come to work ready to tackle fun & exciting projects or renovations. Maintenance workers are expected to maintain professionalism when around customers & to have a good attitude at work.

To be a successful member of our maintenance team, you should have willingness to learn, on the job problem-solving, and versatility. An exceptional maintenance worker should be able to communicate clearly & get assigned duties done in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Performs general repairs that do not require specialized technician. Examples included but are not limited to; drywall, painting, & repairing doors & other building fixtures.
• Cleans & assists with upkeep of facilities.
• Inspects & installs appliances & equipment.
• Collaborate with workers & other professionals during renovations
• General knowledge on lawn care & landscaping.
• Communicate with supervisors & team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Dependability
• Related experience preferred
• On-the-job training offered
