Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will perform routine maintenance on machines, mechanical equipment, and structures and building. You will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
Primary Tasks:
- You will perform maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems in multiple locations.
- Manage and complete small scale projects, to include developing plans, material lists.
- Assist Team Members with tasks, insuring safety and quality workmanship.
- Paint interior and exterior walls and trim, using paint and painting tools.
- You will assist with general repair and upkeep of machines and equipment.
- Maintain and repair multiple structures, using different hand and power tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance on different machines, equipment, and structures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic maintenance
- Mechanically inclined
- Knowledge of mowers, tractors, power tools, cutting torches
- 2 years of experience in equipment and building maintenance
