MAINTENANCESUPERVISOR FOR WATER PIPELINE

POSITION: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - WATER & SEWAGE PIPELINE WORK EXPERIENCED

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across the site.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor maintenance work quality, safety practices, and compliance.
• Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and helpers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when required.
• Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and spare parts records.
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision (preferably in residential or mixed-use communities).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, and maintenance plans.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: AED 2500 –4000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
