We are currently seeking a talented “Mechanical Maintenance Engineer” to join our dynamic “Detergent Production Directory” team. Based in “ TR, Mersin” this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering,

· At least 3 years of experience in in similar positions

· Strong analytical thinking skills, team-oriented, and results-driven,

· Effectively using MS Office programs ( especially Microsoft Excel)

· Effectively using Autocad programs , Solidworks ( especially P-id & Layout drawings)

· Have team study

· Lead to team

· Preferably experienced with SAP PM – MM module

· Knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic systems,

· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,

· For male candidates, completion or exempt of military service.

· Residing in or willing to relocate to MERSİN

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Prepare and track documentation related to export operations

· To carry out and implement studies that will reduce accidental maintenance and stoppages, and increase equipment efficiency

· Analyzing the failures and starting preventive action by taking action, preparing reports for failure analysis

· Prepare shift lists,

· Management of plant’s annual, monthly predictive and preventive maintenance

· Manufacturing excellence studies (5s, Kaizen,TPM vs.)

· Check completed transactions, report, and archive them

· Follow up OEE, waste rate, quality reports

· Knowledge of Bottle blowing machines, molds

· Take the responsibilities of plants CAPEX & OPEX agenda

· Knowledge of Cap enjection machines, molds IML robots

· Knowledge of Utility systems for bottle & cap productions
