Job Title: Assistant Manager- HR

Reports to: HR Head

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager HR will support the HR team in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. This role will require a HR Operations approach, handling various HR tasks and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

1. Assist in managing recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

2. Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews.

Talent Management:

1. Support performance management(PMS) processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.

2. Assist in developing and implementing training and development programs.

Employee Relations:

1. Foster positive employee relations, address employee concerns and grievances.

2. Support employee engagement initiatives.

Benefits and Compliance:

1. Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leaves, and other perks.

2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

3. Employee welfare

HR Projects:

1. Support special HR projects, including HR audits, policy development, and process improvements.

2. Analyze HR data and provide insights to improve HR processes.

Requirements:

Education:

1. Graduate/ MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

1. 5 years plus of experience in HR Operations leading role or similar experience in jewellery industry.

2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

5. Proficient in HR spine software

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
