Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Ayurveda Doctor with a minimum of four years of clinical experience. The role involves patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning based on Ayurvedic principles, and continuous monitoring of patient progress. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical expertise, ethical practice, and effective patient communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultation & Diagnosis

• Conduct detailed patient consultations and assess medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle.
• Diagnose health conditions using classical Ayurvedic principles and modern diagnostic understanding where applicable.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on Prakriti analysis and disease condition.

Treatment & Therapy Management

• Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, diet plans, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Guide and coordinate with therapists for Panchakarma and other Ayurvedic procedures.

Clinical Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, prescriptions, and treatment notes.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and professional healthcare protocols at all times.

Patient Education & Care

• Educate patients on preventive healthcare, diet, and wellness practices.
• Address patient queries with clarity and empathy.
• Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and care quality.

Coordination & Professional Conduct

• Coordinate with clinic staff and management for smooth clinical operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
• Uphold professional conduct, discipline, and ethical medical practice.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on clinical experience as an Ayurveda Doctor.
• Strong knowledge of classical Ayurvedic treatments, medicines, and Panchakarma procedures.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local language is an advantage.

• Male candidates are required.
