Male Bakers (Arabic Speaking)

We are seeking an experienced male baker skilled in preparing a wide range of breads and baked goods, including loaf, long/Arabic, samona, and sliced bread, as well as croissants, desserts, and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Ensure consistent quality, texture, and presentation of baked products.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures for optimal results.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking and preparation areas.
• Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
• Innovate and introduce new recipes and product ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bread and pastry baking.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high product quality.
• Strong knowledge of baking equipment, ingredients, and hygiene standards.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Valid NOC is required.
