Male & Female Barista

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Baristas (Male & Female) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Handle orders, payments, and cash transactions accurately
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee equipment
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Flexible with working shifts
• Immediate joiners are preferred
