1. Hair Services

• Perform cutting, styling, coloring, straightening, perming, and other hair treatments.
• Suggest hairstyles and treatments suitable for clients’ face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
• Stay updated with modern haircut trends and techniques (e.g., balayage, keratin, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and workstation.

2. Makeup Services

• Perform professional makeup for daily wear, bridal, party, and media shoots.
• Understand different skin tones, face shapes, and product types.
• Recommend suitable looks according to event, outfit, and lighting.
• Ensure high hygiene standards (brush sanitization, disposable tools, etc.).

3. Customer Service

• Greet clients warmly and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
• Consult clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Offer after-care advice for hair and makeup maintenance.
• Upsell salon products and services professionally.

4. Team & Operations

• Coordinate with other stylists and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow salon policies, grooming standards, and appointment schedules.
• Assist in maintaining salon display, cleanliness, and stock organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Hair Styling and/or Makeup Artistry from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 1–3 years of salon experience (Fresh candidates with talent may also apply).
• Knowledge of latest beauty trends and products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
