Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Room Maintenance: Perform a full range of cleaning duties in assigned guest rooms, suites, and corridors, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Bed & Linen Service: Make beds to 5-star hotel standards, change linens, and ensure a fresh and pristine appearance.
- Bathroom Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and countertops. Replenish high-quality towels, toiletries, and amenities.
- Attention to Detail: Inspect rooms for any defects, damages, or maintenance issues (e.g., burned-out light bulbs, faulty equipment) and report them to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Restocking & Amenities: Replenish room supplies, including beverages, stationery, and other guest amenities, ensuring perfect presentation.
- Public Area Cleaning: As required, assist with maintaining the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and lounges to ensure they are consistently spotless.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest requests and queries in a polite, professional, and timely manner, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Safety and Security: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security procedures. Handle and report any lost and found items according to the established protocol.
- Equipment Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping cart and storage closets. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals correctly and safely.

Pay: AED900.00 - AED1,100.00 per month
