Male-Live -in Driver /Companion Care giver

We are seeking a male Live-In Driver/Companion for an active client in his late 50s who lives independently in Shelton. This position offers the opportunity to provide companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. It is ideal for retirees or anyone with a flexible schedule.

• Companionship: Offer emotional support and engage in conversation.
• Transportation: Drive client to appointments, errands, and social visits.
• Visitor Monitoring: Ensure proper monitoring of all visitors.
• Housekeeping: Light cleaning, including kitchen, bathroom, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Meal Prep & Cleanup: Assist with meals (no dietary restrictions).
• Medication Reminders: Ensure timely medication reminders.
• Seizure Protocol: Follow instructions for seizure management (call 911 if necessary).
• Health Updates: Report any changes in condition to the office.

Client Profile:

• Age: Early 60s, fully mobile
• History: Alcohol abuse and marijuana use (NO alcohol allowed).
• Seizures: History of seizures (must follow specific protocol).
• Independence: The client is independent in all daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).

Requirements:

Pay: $232.00 - $250.00 per day
