Job Summary:

ZMT Primary Healthcare Network is urgently seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic individual to serve as “Male Manager Medical Services” for its clinic network in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in managing clinical operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting medical staff to ensure the efficient delivery of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular clinic visits to monitor and evaluate clinical staff performance.
• Identify quality assurance gaps and develop corrective action plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including scheduling of Medical Officers across all clinics.
• Analyze healthcare data and implement improvements in service delivery.
• Develop and enforce clinic policies in line with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with PMDC and other relevant healthcare guidelines.
• Coordinate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational execution.

Requirements:

• MBBS (Required)
• Masters in Healthcare Management or Public Health (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in managing clinical operations within a healthcare network, hospital, or clinic system.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare data tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Team player with the ability to perform under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently within Karachi is essential.
• Male candidates will be preferred for ease of mobility across field locations.
