Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and dynamic professional to join our team as Manager Medical Services. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing clinical operations across ZMT clinics in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality healthcare delivery, and the ability to effectively manage medical teams and clinical resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular clinic visits to monitor performance, ensure quality standards, and provide support to clinical staff.
• Identify operational, clinical, and quality gaps, and implement corrective actions in line with organizational policies.
• Supervise day-to-day clinical operations, including scheduling, deployment, and performance management of Medical Officers.
• Review and analyze clinical and operational data to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies and standard operating procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure adherence to PMDC requirements and other relevant regulatory and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and execution of clinical initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in clinical operations, hospital administration, or healthcare management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare data management tools
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Karachi
