Atlantis Tech (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an experienced RCM Manager with strong expertise in US medical billing operations.

This is a client-facing role, where you will manage assigned healthcare providers, handle client communication, and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end RCM processes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM
• Including 3-5 years as a Managerial experience (RCM / Billing team)
• Strong knowledge of AR, Denials, and Billing workflows
• Experience handling multiple providers/practices
• Excellent communication & client handling skills

Key Role:

• Manage assigned providers and client communication
• Oversee Billing, AR & Denial Management
• Monitor performance and ensure target achievement
