Job Description: Medical Social Worker

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/- per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial support to patients and their families.
• Assess patient needs and connect them with relevant healthcare and community resources.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients about available medical and social services.
• Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care coordination.
• Advocate for patient rights and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW preferred).
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emotional and sensitive situations with compassion.
