Male Nurse

The Male Nurse is responsible for providing first aid and medical care to workers at the construction site, promoting health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This role involves regular Pre & post-employement health check-ups, emergency response, and health education to prevent injuries and illnesses.
Roles1. First Aid and Emergency Care:
- Provide immediate medical attention to injured workers.
- Administer first aid, CPR, and other emergency medical procedures.
- Coordinate with emergency medical services for severe injuries.
2. Health Monitoring:
- Conduct regular health screenings and assessments for workers.
- Monitor chronic conditions and provide appropriate care or referrals.
3. Health Education:
- Educate workers on health and safety practices.
- Conduct training sessions on injury prevention, hygiene, and other health-related topics.
4. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of medical treatments and health incidents.
- Document workers' health status and any medical interventions.
5. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety audits and inspections.
6. Medication Administration:
- Administer prescribed medications to workers as needed.
- Monitor and manage medication inventory.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with site Safety and Execution Teams
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.

Candidate Profile:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
-License/Certification: Must hold a valid nursing license. ( Registered in KMC/INC)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.
Languages Required: Kannada & Hindi (To speak)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
