What You Will Do:

• Manage daily office operations with efficiency and professionalism
• Coordinate scheduling, team assignments, and service follow-ups
• Handle client inquiries, calls, and service requests with excellent customer care
• Support operations with reporting, documentation, and workflow management
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Assist in administrative tasks, invoicing, and basic HR support

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office & basic administrative tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in operations or office coordination (preferred)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
