Job Position – QA / QC Lab Analyst - (Paint & Coating Industry Preferred)

Location: SITE Industrial Area

We are looking for a QA / QC Lab Analyst to join our team in the Building Construction Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laboratory testing, product evaluation, and quality control related to paints, coatings, and related chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation, development, and testing of products.
• Conduct laboratory tests for viscosity, density, gloss, adhesion, hardness, and other standard parameters.
• Support quality control (QC) activities by performing routine checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and samples in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist senior chemists in research, trials, and product improvement projects.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain test data for analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience as Lab Assistant in the Paint & Coating Industry (mandatory).
• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures, handling of raw materials, and quality control practices.
• Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and lab safety practices.
• Team player with the ability to work under supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
