We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Quality Assurance department in ensuring that our automotive engineering products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. This is a crucial role for a self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvement and upholding a culture of excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on automotive components, assemblies, and finished products to identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from design specifications. This involves using various measurement tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspection results, test data, and quality control activities. Prepare and present clear, concise reports on quality issues, trends, and corrective actions to the QA Manager and other stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address root causes of quality issues and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Compliance and Audits: Help ensure that all products and processes comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and internal quality policies. Participate in internal and external quality audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience (1-2 years) in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the automotive or a related manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of quality management principles, statistical process control (SPC), and quality assurance methodologies. Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations is a plus.
