Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure front-desk security protocols.
  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, parcels, and documents.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Support in day-to-day office coordination and communication.
  • Handle basic clerical work, manage office supplies, and report maintenance or facility issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer usage.
  • Good grooming, professional appearance, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and reliable with a positive attitude.
