Job Title:

Primary Science & Mathematics Teacher

Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and committed Primary Science & Mathematics Teacher to deliver engaging, concept-based learning to students at the primary level. The ideal candidate will build strong foundational understanding, nurture curiosity, and develop problem-solving skills in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons in Science and Mathematics for primary classes
• Develop students’ conceptual understanding (not rote learning)
• Use activity-based, visual, and inquiry-driven teaching methods
• Connect concepts to real-life examples

Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
• Manage behavior using constructive and respectful approaches
• Encourage participation from all students

Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Prepare quizzes, tests, and assignments
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Support weaker students through targeted attention

Curriculum & Planning

• Follow and contribute to the school curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
• Support continuous improvement of teaching standards

Communication

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and school activities
• Work closely with colleagues and academic leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, or Education
• Strong understanding of primary-level concepts
• Good English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Ed / M.Ed or teaching certification
• 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience
• Familiarity with activity-based or child-centered teaching
