Mall Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Mall Marketing Assistant Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of mall-wide marketing initiatives across retail, entertainment, and customer experience.

The role operates within the Marketing function and partners closely with mall management, leasing, tenants, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns and activations. With a focus on campaign execution, tenant collaboration, and customer engagement, the role contributes to positioning the mall as a leading lifestyle destination while driving footfall and commercial performance.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and campaign calendar.
  • Assist in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, on-ground activations, and partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment of campaigns with brand positioning and commercial objectives.

Events & Activations

  • Support the planning and execution of mall events, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activations.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor event performance and customer engagement to drive continuous improvement.

Digital & Customer Engagement

  • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, website updates, and paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agencies to optimize campaign performance, reach, and engagement.
  • Track customer trends and engagement metrics to enhance overall experience.

Tenant Marketing & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with tenants to support joint promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between tenant activities and mall campaigns to maximize impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to enhance participation and sales performance.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all mall touchpoints, including signage, content, and communication materials.
  • Support the development and management of creative assets in line with brand guidelines.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, malls, or real estate.
  • Strong exposure to campaign execution, events, and digital marketing.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
