Job Summary

The Mall Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, tenant coordination, safety, and cleanliness of the mall. This role ensures smooth functioning of all mall activities, provides excellent customer service, monitors staff performance, and supports management in achieving operational standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Mall Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day mall activities and ensure all areas are operating smoothly.
  • Ensure all facilities (electricity, HVAC, elevators, escalators, parking, etc.) are functioning properly.
  • Monitor security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Handle tenant and customer issues promptly.

2. Tenant Coordination

  • Communicate regularly with tenants regarding mall policies, schedules, maintenance, and support.
  • Assist tenants during shop openings, closures, and fit-out works.
  • Ensure tenants comply with mall rules, safety standards, and operating hours.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all safety, fire safety, and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular mall inspections and report hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with contractors for repair and maintenance works.

4. Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor crowd control during special events, weekends, and holidays.

5. Staff Supervision

  • Supervise and guide security, cleaning, parking, and maintenance teams.
  • Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper staffing.
  • Conduct briefings and report daily activities to management.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily logs, incident reports, inspection checklists, and shift summaries.
  • Report issues, maintenance needs, and operational updates to the management.
  • Assist with monthly performance reports and event coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in mall operations, facility management, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic and English preferred).
  • Knowledge of mall systems, safety procedures, and emergency handling.
  • Ability to lead teams and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD550.000 - KD650.000 per month
