Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Associate to join our Bid Management for Managed Services in Egypt. This is a critical role that blends corporate services domain knowledge (F&A, HR, Procurement) with strong bid management and proposal development expertise.

You will work on shared services, GBS, and managed services engagements, supporting pre-sales activities by crafting high-quality proposals, PoVs, and pitch materials—while collaborating closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.

Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing) is mandatory for this role, as you will work on bilingual documentation and client-facing materials.

Roles And Responsibilities

Bid Management & Proposal Development

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end bid process for managed services pursuits
  • Develop, write, and refine proposals, PoVs , pitch decks, and client response documents
  • Ensure submissions align with client requirements, timelines, and branding standards
  • Work closely with solution architects, pricing, and delivery teams to assemble final proposal packages

Corporate Services & Technology Solutioning

  • Support solutioning for enterprise clients across corporate services domains – particularly Finance & Accounting (F&A), Human Resources (HR), and Procurement
  • Contribute to content that articulates value propositions across technology-enabled managed services
  • Participate in workshops and calls to capture client needs and help shape solution narratives

Language and Localization

  • Create and refine Arabic-language content for client submissions and local engagements
  • Review and translate proposal materials and pitch content between English and Arabic as needed
  • Ensure cultural and contextual alignment with Egypt-based and broader Middle East clients
  • Expected Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong exposure to shared services, GBS, or managed services environments
    • Understanding of corporate functions (F&A, HR, Procurement) from a service delivery or transformation standpoint
    • Experience creating proposals, PoVs , orals decks, and pursuit content
    • Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently under pressure
Required Language Skills

Fluent in Arabic (read/write) and English – professional business writing and content development in both languages is essential

Minimum Years Experience Required

  • 4–9 years of experience in bid management, pre-sales, or solution development
