What will be expected from you?

Through this program, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into your field of study and develop your skills by working on real-world projects and assignments in a fast-paced industry environment that will help you build a strong base for your potential leader role.

Program Outcome:

Building a leader requires an extensive and comprehensive learning journey, which we have carefully designed in our “ Management Acceleration Program ” Upon completing this 2-year journey, you will be expected to join Americana Foods UAE team in a senior position accelerating your career by 3 to 4 years.

Qualifications:

1. Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree related to the fields: IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR
2. Work experience: 0 to 2 years
3. Strong professional communication English (spoken and written)
