About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Management Consultant to support our clients in improving business performance, developing growth strategies, and implementing efficient operational systems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical ability, communication skills, and experience in business consulting or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct business analysis and identify operational issues

Develop strategic plans and performance improvement solutions

Prepare business reports, proposals, and presentations

Advise clients on process improvement and cost optimisation

Support implementation of business systems and compliance

Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field

1–5 years of experience in consulting or business advisory (freshers with strong skills may apply)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with ERP/CRM tools

Knowledge of financial modelling and market research

Certification in management or business analysis

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
