We are looking for a strong and detail-oriented Incentive Analyst to support KPI analysis, incentive calculations, and performance reporting for our commercial population. The successful candidate is a data-driven analyst who is highly analytical problem-solver who thrives at turning complex data into accurate, business-driven incentive insights.
Job Responsibilities :

Generate and analyze
Core KPI results
from the Core Banking System for the commercial population.

Consolidate
Core and Non-Core KPI data
and calculate incentive and contest results accurately and on time.

Validate incentive calculations and ensure data accuracy prior to submission to
HR for execution
.

Collaborate with business teams to
design, test, and validate new KPIs
, providing data-driven recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Act as a
trusted partner
to HR and Business teams on incentive-related matters.

Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure
timely data delivery
, consolidation, and validation in line with agreed timelines.
Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer science, Data science, Business intelligence
or related field.

Banking Experience within 3 to 5 years is a plus.

Experience in incentive analytics, performance management, or compensation analysis (banking or financial services preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage
large and complex datasets.
Technical Skills
-
Strong hands-on experience with
Advanced Excel
proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation.

Practical experience using
Power Query
for data transformation and consolidation.

Working knowledge of
SQL and SAS
is a strong advantage.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

High attention to detail, strong validation mindset, and ability to work under
tight timelines.
